Sandglass Theater in Putney, Vermont is looking to hire a consultant to help us implement our Strategic Plan. This hire is funded in part by the USDA Rural Development program. The consultant would work with Sandglass staff over a period of months to help us initiate programs, establish financial oversight, and clarify our ensemble culture. The consultant should have some experience of all of the aspects of organizing the running of an ensemble theater: marketing, development, networking, project oversight, grant tracking systems management, and financial oversight. We hope that this consultant can help us identify how we will distribute these jobs effectively among current staff, and further identify who we need to hire to fill in our areas of weakness, and facilitate reorganizing our systems towards a more sustainable model.
