The Putney Craft Tour is the oldest continuous craft tour in the country. What began in 1978 as a meeting around Margot Torrey’s dining room table, led the way to a national movement of craft tours starting up in many areas around the United States.

Sandglass Theater offers a two-week intensive workshop in Puppet Theater this August 5 – 18, 2018. This program is for  puppeteers, teachers, actors, directors, designers and writers who want to expand and deepen their skill and understanding in the art of the puppet.

Seeking performers! Sandglass Theater, based in Putney Vermont, is looking to hire two performers for touring Babylon, a performance based on testimonies of resettled refugees. We are looking for good singers – a bass and a tenor — who can hold their own in 4-part a capella harmonies.
